Delete Your ProspectIQ Account

If you want to delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps:

1. Open the ProspectIQ app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap "Delete Account".

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.

Delete Your Safe Box Account

If you want to delete your Safe Box account and all associated cloud data, follow these steps:

1. Open the Safe Box app.
2. Tap the three-line menu in the top-left navigation bar.
3. Go to the last option in the menu.
4. Tap "Delete Account".

You can find it from the top navigation: open the 3-line menu, move to the bottom of the menu, and choose Delete Account.
